De Vriend / Friend is a book trailer based on a thriller, written by Dutch author Charles Den Tex. The storyabout spionage and identity was visualized into a scrollable film with pictures and sound. Producer Submarine released it in a series of interactive book trailers, in which writers, comic artists, sound designers and web designers joined forces. By moving the cursor or finger (when using a mobile device), different animations and sounds are triggered. Aimee created the designs, storyboards, animation and backgrounds. The trailer won the Special Mention at the Awwwards for design, creativity and innovation on the internet.
